It’s not always easy to find things to be grateful for. Often there are times when grief is just too overwhelming. In these times, sometimes you have to take it back to the basics. Simple thoughts of gratitude such as the endless colors of green in the grass, a warm sweatshirt straight from the dryer on a cold day, a sweet smile from a stranger. It is often through great pain that we are able to feel great joy. When we truly explore the depths of our heart are we able to understand its true ability to love … then we can Live Gratefully.
“When you begin to come out the other side of this experience, you can appreciate the simplest of things.”
